Budapest's large number of auction houses make it an especially exciting source, particularly for paintings. Buyers, however, know that catalogue pictures alone cannot always be trusted. Therefore we offer an auction bidding service that includes previewing the objects, providing a detailed condition report, attending the auction in person and bidding (with the client on the phone if necessary), and making payment arrangements afterwards. We charge €200/auction or we arrange a long-term commission arrangement for frequent buyers. We also charge additionally for the catalogue and overnight courier service if the client would like a copy of the printed edition. All auction catalogues, however, can be found on-line, and furthermore, we provide free of charge our seasonal auction calender with direct links to all the on-line catalogues.
